rTorrent dashboard link

Hello guys, made a fresh install of quickbox, everything went well, until I rebooted the server, the rTorrent link vanished from the dashboard, I can acess it via https://xx.xx.xx.xx/rutorrent/, it is up and running.

But the following errors occur “rutracker_check: Plugin will not work. Webserver user must have execute access to the rtorrent session directory (/home/xxx/.sessions/).”

I checked this thread for a solution, but everything seems fine.

I gave all users permission to that path and file also just to check if it would solve the issue, but no luck. I also ran “fixhome” but it gave me a bunch of “No Permission” in several files/folders not including rtorrent.lock.

hey mrlongshen, it is running on Xubuntu Desktop 16.04 “Xenial Xerus” (OVH Dedicated servers)
Not yet, should I run the script again? Won’t that mess up everything else?

I have an OVH Dedicated server and also running a quickbox, nothing problem.
Have you install other apps or custom ?
I believe, when fresh install they will no problem using quickbox.
I’m using ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Will you run apt -y install rtorrent followed by restarting the service and see if that helps. It’s more than likely an issue with OpenSSL updates.
