Hi,
So the version of sickrage you have on the dashboard is run by a single maintainer rather than the community version which seems to be more up to date and actually supported. There is also evidence that the guy running it has added cryptominers to both the app and his own website.
The only changes would be to swap git url and the systemd service needs changed from sickrage.py to sickbeard.py
