Upgrade Plex Requests.NET

Hi!

Would it be possible to add a command to upgrade Plex Requests.NET - eg. upgradePlexRequests?

A new update to the application just hit - PlexRequests v1.9.2 - and after a bit of looking around, I’ve found no option to upgrade from within the application, like what is possible in Sonarr and CouchPotato.

A command to do this, would be great to have
