I cannot get logged into the live chat anymore. No combination of user/password works and when I try to reset pwd it says failed to send message. I even tried to create a new login with a different email address but that didn’t work. Is anyone else having trouble?
Are you able to gain access now? Keep in mind there is no SSO (Single Sign On) between the site/forums to the Live Chat, so you will need to register a new username/password. We do plan to have this resolved in the future, however, at the moment SSO between these platforms is not a priority.
Please let me know if this is still happening as we have users still joining without issue and if this is a problem that persist for you, I will review what the cause of this may be in regards to just your signup to the chat.
