Hey people,as title says is it ok to update the server?also server required a reboot suddenly without doing any update or upgrade,is the update of the packages gonna effect the tuning?thanks in advance

I wouldn’t ignore those package updates 
I reboot the sever at least once during the tuning to ensure the settings stick on boot
i did sudo apt-get update but this still there

update updates the package lists, upgrade will download and install the updates:
sudo apt-get upgrade
