Hey all, I noticed the tuning service provided by quickbox.
There’s not much information provided as to what tuning does? By the name, I would expect the tuner to improve speeds on the server and what not.
Can someone give a quick run-down of what this involves, please?

Tuning involves an in depth look at your system. I take into consideration factors like your CPU, Hard Disks and NIC and apply settings to the kernel and in many other places that greatly improve the functionality and performance over the default settings shipped with your OS. In addition to that, I’ll ensure your torrent clients (deluge and/or rtorrent) are also not holding you back in anyway.
Finally, I’ll also provide you with my opinions of your machine and some tips about the best performance environments to get the most out of your upload.
