Transmission issue Port closed

Just a minor issue. The transmission client says port is closed. How can this be fixed?

Closed as not connectable or closed as in blocked by firewall ?

I think its closed as in not connectable.

I didnt install CSF and the iptables rules are:

Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
f2b-sshd tcp – anywhere anywhere multiport dports ssh

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain f2b-sshd (1 references)
target prot opt source destination
RETURN all – anywhere anywhere
