The "Box" Command

I have issues rTorrent isnt starting anymore. Also I installed plex but the same issue there, won’t start.
In every post that I have found someone with the same issue they are told to re-install with the box reinstall command.
However, my server does not recognize box

[charkel@dediserver]:(841.8kb)~$ box remove plex
-bash: box: command not found

How to use box?

Please make sure you are root when you run that command.

sudo su -
box remove plex
