Supporting our Community - Getting Advice and Support

We at QuickBox have a fantastic community. We are so proud of the work that we do that we want to support anyone and everyone who wants to set up their own server to manage content. There are many different ways you can get support but I want to discuss the best and easiest way to get support from us.

Our Discord server is where you want to join our community to get the support you need. If you have purchased a Pro licence from us, then in your welcome email you should have received a unique code to enter into Discord to automatically grant you access to the Pro server area.

The Pro server area is where you can see our roadmap, make product feature requests, chat with the community, get announcements about Pro releases and so much more.

We have a dedicated team of support specialists who are here to help you out with any issues that you may have, provide advice and guidance, and if required, connect to your server to diagnose, troubleshoot and in most cases resolve issues.

Our dedicated team of support specialists are only volunteers and people who are passionate not only about technology, but also helping people out to get the most out of their systems.
