Sonarr installer does not complete the install

As I could tell the apt-get command does not follow through with the install as I verified using Apt-get and noting that SQLite, Sonarr was not successfully installed.

on Ubuntu 16.10 - looks like it hangs at installing the apt-key

We may be retiring 16.10 for the moment as it looks like a lot of package maintainers are not sending their updates to be compatible with 16.10 (which is technically experimental)
