rTorrent reading 4x more data than sending

rTorrent seems to be reading 4-6x more data than it's seeding. In this case I'm seeing 100-160MB/s read from rTorrent while...

rtorrent is flawed when it comes to reads, it reads heavily excessive . Any take on this issue?
