Now type once more as root fix-disk_widget_root and then do service apache2 restart
Since the Disk Status Widget is ajax based, we have it only updating every 30 seconds to avoid CPU/RAM load.
That’s interesting and lsblk reveals all. It looks like your disk space never got assigned to a mount. You removed /home but it never got pushed to /(root)… thus there is no space.
As JMsolo suspects, rtorrent will definitely turn off once the disk space threshold has been reached
