If you do not need to share your server, do not opt to use Quotas, if you do want to make use of quotas, you select your current mount. It looks in your case to be /root from the lsblk results that are shown for you… so select 1.

Yes, it’s port 4747 and you connect with your sudo user. It’s the same as before.
Clear your browsers cache please. If it still remains, try running the box upgrade command as root user once more.
