I would like to know if it’s possible to use quickbox on ubuntu 16.04 and a web server (with a mysql database and phpmyadmin)

The Community Edition does allow the install only on Ubuntu 16.04, whereas the Pro Edition allows for Ubuntu 16.04/18.04 and Debian 9.
The Community Edition does not have a database, nor does it support a database and phpmyadmin. Of course, these can be installed manually on your end, just note that the Community Edition does not come with QuickBox.IO Team Support, so this would be something you would have to venture into on your own, unless other members of the Community (or a Team member finds themselves with free time) would like to help you out.
The Pro Edition does comes with database (mySQL) as well as the option to install/remove phpMyAdmin.
