Plex won't start on Ubuntu

Dear Community,

I was looking on google for a solution for that but unfortunately I didn’t find any answer to my problem when I want to start plex service:
Failed to start plexmediaserver.service: The name org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1 was not provided by any .service files
See system logs and ‘systemctl status plexmediaserver.service’ for details.

What do I have to do?
