Is there a central location for the other “Optional” applications for an automated install? Or am I blind and just cant find it / or is that intruding on the Guru installs section?

depending on who the guru is and if they have time and the experience you can ask nice and see what we say, we might say takes too much time and ask for a small donation in return for the time put in.
that being said the paid options for guru help as of right now are plex(when ordering the rclone setup) or if guru is feeling nice they might setup when requested but dont bet on it we all have a life sad as they might be.
the apps like sickrage and couchpotato can be covered by the extra app add-on for the 5$
