Ombi Install Woes

I have installed Ombi from the dashboard and connected it to both Couchpotato and Sonnar successfully. However, in the Quickbox dashboard it is showing as red

Any ideas guys?

sudo netstat -tulpn and check if Ombi is running on port 3579.

Can you additionally run systemctl status ombi and paste it’s output?

Thanks to all of you for the help and the answers. However, I decided to get rid of Debian and go with Ubuntu 16.04 it seems to be less painful imho. Ombi is working without any issues now.
