Ombi 503 server error

Just installed Ombi but seem to be getting a 503 server error when I try to access it.

Read through the forums and saw some people were having to use the updateOmbi command via SSH. Tried this and still no luck. Service isnt showing as being active inside the Quickbox panel either.

Server is an i7-2600K 16GB RAM with 2X 3TB HDD running Ubuntu 16.04. Got RuTorrent, Sonarr & Radarr working perfectly with Plex but just can’t get Ombi to work at all…

Hello @JumpinJack,

Could you paste the result of this command please :

  • sudo systemctl status ombi.service
  • sudo netstat -tulpn | grep :3000

I installed Ombi on my server and the first try was KO (404).
So I delete every “O/ombi” folders in /opt and do sudo box remove ombi followed by sudo box install ombi.
Now Ombi is reachable at : https://YourDomain.tld/ombi/wizard
