I’ve tested this a couple of times now and it seems in latest version of QB the mount point and theme chosen are opposite to what is installed. I’m choosing #2 (/home) and #2 for theme (Light theme) but it seems to be setting mount as root and theme as Dark.
Both installs were different servers.
Anybody else noticed this?
So only me having this issue? 
Havent installed it in a while but I do remember having the theme bug.

I’ve just installed again latest build and having exact same issue. I choose Light and it installs Dark and choose /home/ and it chooses /root.
Could you please check/confirm and maybe provide solution to this please @JMSolo it would be much appreciated
