Are there any ways to limit(or stop) uploading of public tracker when downloading finished?

You might want to look into “Ratio Groups”. They can be configured in RuTorrent’s settings menu.
QB script has option during install to block public trackers. It will add a list to hosts file of your server. You can also edit this yourself to add more.
To achieve what you asked in question you need to use the Ratio Groups like stated above to create a group with limits and stop once complete but you will also need to use the Ratio Rules option to create some rules like for example a rule that looks for torrents with public trackers or specific trackers, once it see’s them they’re added to the group you created earlier.
