In my .rtorrent.downloads, I have files that I already deleted by “Remove and Delete data”. Are there other ways to remove the files? How can I get rid of them now?

you can delete the files with filemanager, sometimes not all files can be deleted, for example if you are unpacking it or if the file is really big and rtorrent crashes it may not get deleted.
I see. filemanager? How do I access that?
