How to access the dashboard after installing on a remote server? dedicated server

thanks

if you installed it you should know at the end there is the directions

it showed me a local IP, which I can’t access it for obvious reasons.

when I try to go to the external server IP. i get a “This site can’t be reached” error.

I installed on debian 8 on a fresh server

also I can SSH into the server just fine. also I think apache2 doesn’t exist on the server(assuming it should be).

It would only show on a local IP if this was installed on a home server. Not sure why it would reveal a private local IP address outside of that.

Yes, Apache should definitely exist. What is the resulting output of apt -y update

W: Failed to fetch http://packages.dotdeb.org/dists/jessie/InRelease Unable to find expected entry ‘all/binary-armhf/Packages’ in Release file (Wrong sources.l ist entry or malformed file)

Are you using ARM?

Yes, running ARM

Just posted an update on the #readme in regards to this.

QuickBox is not compatible with ARM architecture.

Oh, I see!

Thanks for the info, may I ask why it isn’t? just out of technical curiosity.

Sure you can!

Unfortunately as you can see the dependencies are not the same. We would have to rewrite a bulk of our installer to cater to the compatible versions (if they exist at all
 which some don’t).
