Hi guys
i thought i would try out a hetzner server so after a day sorting out the raid and installs etc i finally got quickbox installed everything is working but rtorrent will not enable ive tried a few reboots but it still sits on disabled as well as irssi autodll and web console
any fix for this is it an issue anyone else has encountered

What is the output of the following commands:
systemctl status rtorrent@USERNAME and systemctl status irssi@USERNAME
Have you tried to issue the restart with:
systemctl restart rtorrent@USERNAME
systemctl restart irssi@USERNAME

What happens when you attempt to run createSeedboxUser? Do their directories become available and all services working?
it creates the directory but no services everything is there just no service
one thing i have noticed is that when it has finished installing it locks up at setting up vsftpd then nothing just blank

and thats it does not return to command prompt
this is weird just formated and reinstalled exactly the same problem
if you want to take a look you can dont matter about details just never happened before
just an update i finally got it to work by installing ubuntu 16.04 without HWE
it took about 3 hours but it got there just if anyone is having the same problem
You mean 16.04 correct?
just did a fresh Hetzner ubuntu 16.04 install without any issues - just to give a heads up that Hetzner shouldn´t be a problem using
