If you have placed an order via the marketplace on a Guru install - one of the Gurus will be in contact with you as soon as one is available.
The Gurus are here in their spare time, and sometimes they are busy with stuff like work, family etc. 
Additionally - keep in mind that the Guru install is Quickbox as is - without any custom configuration.
