Error unpacking in rtorrent

I tried to unpack my torrents
everytime just got this error:
Using Ubuntu 16.04

ruTorrent says:
/srv/rutorrent/share/users/torrentuser/settings/tasks/14853748595889058b05df76.84045104/start.sh: line 12: /srv/rutorrent/plugins/unpack/unrar_dir.sh: Permission denied

Try to restart rtorrent again
systemctl restart rtorrent@<USERNAME>.service
