Enable DHT on rutorrent

How can enable DHT permanently .If i do it from rutorrent gui it ddisables at restart.

And on ftp i can’t find it.

then i would not worry about it. you should not need it tbh the torrent it self decides if its used and if its a private site your on then it will be disabled anyway
