I’ve been using Emby with QB from more than a year now. It always upgraded normally, but since a few months ago my Emby version is stuck in Versión 3.3.1.0. A message says “A new Emby verson is available. 3.5.0.0 version is available for download”. But if I click on close Emby and upgrade, it takes me to Emby website for download new version manually.
Is there a reliable way to upgrade Emby in QB?
you can do it from command line on server
wget https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.Releases/releases/download/3.5.3.0/emby-server-deb_3.5.3.0_amd64.deb
sudo service stop emby-server
sudo dpkg -i emby*
i dont know the path to stop emby and it will show an error failed to stop emby but it still updates you just then restart emby from web browser
