Deluge and command line

Hi

ime having problems with deluge its eating up all of my resources so much i cant get into my dashboard is there a command line to shut it down ive tried service deluge stop but it just failed to stop it so what i am asking is how do i manually stop deluge using command line in ubuntu

The command you’re looking for is systemctl stop deluged@USERNAME

ahhh thank you i was nearly there i got the first bit but failed to add the username
