Since fews days, I’ve noted a problem with the CPU graph. When I check the graph in Quickbox panel, it shows me 200 % of CPU load and when I check with htop command, I see a CPU load of only 2%.

This is not a bug, yet it is how the CPU data is processed per core.
Additionally, do not study the little bars via the graphic output in h/top. Look at your load average. With your recent loads sitting at 10.51 (as per the screenshot provided)… I would say that is fairly accurate.
