Can't add torrent for a new user

Hi

QuickBox works great on my server. I have just add a user with createSeedboxUser. I can connect with this user on rutorrent. But I can’t add a torrent, nothing happens.
I had set a diskspace of 300GB.

Can you help me ? I can’t find a solution on internet.

add quota if it is not already insalled

You can do this directly from your dashboard if you haven’t already.
