Backup and restore .torrents in rutorrent?

I wonder where I can find the .torrents in quickbox environment I want to backup those and then restore them in a fresh quickbox install. Iā€™m in the process to backup the downloaded content I have but not to fond to readd close to 400 torrents manually. There must be some way to make this rather painless thought I have no clue at all how to go about it.

Any insight, tips or help is welcome.

Cheers

Backup the .sessions folder in your home directory. You may need to turn on hidden files if using a ftp client to do this. You can then re-upload the .sessions folder to your new quickbox install and rutorrent should re-hash and re-check the files from there.
