worked on making screenshots work for my encodes that are hevc. might be nice to add to install script. just an idea.

Noted I will work on pushing this over to the Ubuntu 16.04 script. More than likely due for release tomorrow.

its something small but made me mad when it kept saying error on log for screenshots, not many seedboxes have included so would be cool to be one of the few that do work with it. like the paid seedbox i have without sudo rights does not work with hevc. there should be similar installs for other OS.
