Abuse Report Infringement (how)

Hi folks, got this today, any idea how this was reported? Been torrenting for a long time and never got this until I used Quickbox, any idea how this is detected?

Your ip address will have been gotten from the torrent swarm so not really QB fault.

My guess is using public trackers, if so to lit the risk you either need to move to private trackers or set up vpn when torrenting
