Newly installed Quickbox: Cannot enable Plex and BTSync

Installed quickbox on my Kimsufi 2E (Atom N2800 + 4gb Ram), Ubuntu Server 16.04

installed Plex and BTSync from dashboard. However, cannot enable them from Service Control Center, they just go back to disabled after refresh. . Screenshot: http://image.prntscr.com/image/a4cdcfc8ff9342a0a6609198c2f8b4e0.png

On the Main Menu (left hand side) Plex appears, BTSync does not. Clicking on Plex takes to an error page stating

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Anybody understand what is wrong with this installation? Updated Quickbox and restarted server just now but the problem persists.

Will you attempt to uninstall both Plex and BTSync from your dashboard. Then try to install them once more from shell as the root user with the following command box install plex btsync

Recently Plex had an update (which appears to still be having issues) wherein it was not assigning itself proper permissions on install.

Thanks. Instead of installing from dashboard, box install btsync plex worked find.

(after the SSH tunnel tutorial of course. )
